What can mitigate my sufferings?

Well sufferings or pain are the real awakening entity that can help you to acknowledge the power of your Will.
But the problem lies in your belief system. From the conditioning, it is ingrained deeply in our mind that suffering is evil. Yes, I know pain can cause a million discomforts but it also helps to understand the reason behind and make us ask who am I?
There is always something to learn from it, just analyze and act. Be decisive.

When it comes to mitigating the pain or sorrow, I think Understanding plays the only crucial role that none other can help up to that degree. If you know and ask yourself some very fundamental question and answer yourself honestly, you will sooner or later start convincing yourself and will get enlightened with the facts and truth, and shall become able to endure the little but life-changing, suffering. Every pain demands some change, give 'em. It will boost your confidence and strengthen your will power, and that is supreme.
